Model United Nations Prague would like to invite all of it's members, affiliates and friends to take part in SheffMUN 2013. 

The Sheffield Model United Nations conference will take place from the 15th to the 17th of November 2013 and is a unique opportunity for young people from all over the world to unite and discuss some of today’s most important and pressing issues

This year, SheffMUN has adopted “Empowerment through Education” as the theme upon which to focus its committee’s debates. Recalling the words of United Nations’ Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon – “This is not a matter of choosing education over other issues of great importance. Our internationally agreed development goals are a complex tapestry, and education is an indispensable thread.” – it becomes clear how fundamental education is to achieve progress.

Yesterday evening were announced the results of the prestigious competition Project manager of the year 2012.

Model United Nations Prague has won in tough competition of other excellent projects the 1st place in the category of student projects for the 2012 PragueMUN conference.

We are all very proud of this huge success and are looking forward even more for the upcoming conference in 2013.
